To facilitate navigating our site, we have
placed internal link buttons at the bottom of each and every page. The
link button for the page you are viewing is always displayed in green.
First, take a moment to "Meet Lee" and learn what we mean when we refer
to her as being 'A Cut Above.'
Next, get an overview of our listings.
As a convenience to you, each of our property listings are displayed on (at
least) one full page. This format makes it easy for you to save
individual listings in the 'Favorites' folder of your browser and allows
ample room for us to display photographs of the properties you are viewing
and provide a reasonable representation of their likeness.
For an overview of our horse property listings, simply click on the
"Horse Property" link button at the bottom of the page. There, you
will observe a thumb-nail sized photo of each listing which may be enlarged
by clicking near its center. Individual full page views of each
listing may be accessed by engaging the link text adjacent to its thumb-nail
photo.
What is the difference between a Horse
Property and a Ranch? Who knows. We have separated our
listings into these two categories to make them easier for you to download
and save you time. We have currently set the mark at 20 acres however,
this may vary over time as our population of listings fluctuates. So,
click on our "Ranches" button to view these properties with larger
acreages.
We realize that many horse owners do
not live in rural areas and prefer to board their horses. Therefore,
we have added a category of
"Residential" properties and we will continue grow this page to meet your
needs. Once again, this category is structured the same as "Horse Properties"
and "Ranches."
For those families who are seeking residential property without horse
property amenities, we suggest you glance at our horse property listings
anyway. Most, if not all, of our horse property and ranch listings at any given
time have very nice homes on them and some are truly spectacular.
At any time while you are viewing a
listing and additional pages are offered containing more pictures, you may
only return by clicking on the "Up" button. We do this
specifically to prevent anyone from viewing the interior on one listing
while thinking they are viewing another. You can always use the "Up"
button to return to the next higher level or home page.
For any specific needs you may have, it is always best to call Lee and
allow her to find the right property for you. You may even want to
take a look at the "Sold" page. Here, you will find information
relevant to recent property listings which are no longer available on the market.
Truth is, some times people make the decision to relocate when there is no really
appropriate property on the market for them. You need the watchful eye
of a full time horse property specialist like Lee to maintain a vigilant
'lookout' for that perfect
place for you.
